We have a wonderful phone system in place using the Microsoft Teams Phone System, but most incoming calls are channeled to voicemail. Blame the incessant and relentless telemarketers for this!
And as much as we’re physically located in the downtown Sarasota area, the best way to contact us is to book a call at a mutually acceptable time. For this, we use Calendly to set up a meeting in Microsoft Teams, although other methods (locations) are available. (See image above.)
But even before we agree to speak, the best scenario is to first engage in text-based chat or email messages. This conversation would lay the foundation for our live meeting.
Within any initial correspondence, the most helpful effort is to describe your current situation to the best of your ability. We understand that you are not a technician, so please use your best non-techy language.
